“I'm Dr. Matt Green with Village Chiropractic and Wellness Center located in Montclair Village in Oakland, California. Fairly new to Aloha. Been apart for about six weeks now, and just within this short period of time, the thing that really stands out. For me is how automated everything is in terms of communicating and staying connected with patients and how easy it is for us to customize it and put our own personal touch in.
We signed up, we had one phone call and there was so much that was already easy to implement right away. Other thing is, is like how amazing it is to stay so connected with my patients. I can all their communication goes out. In a text and then when they text back, it goes right to my phone. It's just so easy for me to stay connected and converse with all of my patient base.
And everyone here at Aloha is awesome. The level of customer service is really high, can tell that they really, really, really, really care about me and my practice. And that's it."
