Hi, my name is Sydney. I’m a CA here at Stonebridge Health, and we love using Aloha to communicate with our patients. They’re so grateful that it’s so quick and easy to get in contact with us, and we’re so grateful that we can reach out to them in a hurry. With all of the ice and road closures, or anything that happens, we can let them know immediately about an office closure or needing to reschedule. They love that they can contact us to reschedule, cancel, or even just ask a quick question and talk to one of our doctors. That’s just so nice. We’ve saved hours of time with patient communication and going back and forth just by being able to use Aloha. So we’re so grateful.
