Our goal is to keep your practice running smoothly, and we stand behind that promise. If at any point you experience:
- EHR system synchronization problems, or
- Text deliverability rates falling below 97%,
We’ll work side-by-side with you for up to 30 days to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may cancel your agreement with no further obligation. This right to cancel applies throughout the life of your contract. That’s how confident we are in our platform.

Our commitment is simple:
- 97% accuracy in results
- 90 seconds or less average search speed
While no automated system can guarantee 100% accuracy due to payer data dependencies, we warrant that results will reflect the information available from payers at the time of query. If we ever fall below these levels, we ask that you work with us for up to 30 days while we get things back on track. If we cannot restore these service levels within that window, we’ll cancel your agreement — no questions asked. That’s how confident we are in our platform.
Good Faith Requirement to Qualify for Early Termination
To work together in good faith, we require the following:
- The account owner and primary end user must participate in at least one onboarding session and complete the minimum configuration requirements (EHR sync, campaign setup, or equivalent) within 10 business days of signup.
- You must notify us in writing of specific product issues or unmet expectations and allow our support team up to 30 business days to address them.
