And we're at the Immersion today and we just have to say we're really new to using Review Wave—like super new. So we've only had it for a few weeks and we're just starting to get everything rolling.
I think the coolest thing about it is whenever you see a new feature—like going to the front desk and looking at Emily, because she's already going, "I was so excited about this!" She just loves using it.
I mean, it's definitely—I would think I'd be as bold as to say it's kind of revolutionized how well we handle things up at the front desk. It has streamlined and made everything easier. We haven't even used all of it yet!
Watching Rachel struggle with other customer service-based programs where we have to work with other people... it's just always been a struggle. But now with Review Wave, everything is so much easier. I can be in contact with patients so much easier. I have more time because now everything is done on an automated system, and it just makes my life so much easier at work.
You have so many less steps that you have to do at the front desk now. and I'm super excited about all the campaigns that we get to use. Like how many times has Dr. Ken said, "Hey, tell this patient about this product," or "I want them doing this thing"? Now we can send all those instructions out, and the doctor can feel happy that patients are being taken care of. It makes communicating with our patients way easier for the staff.
We’re excited and we’re just getting started! And I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a serious chiropractic clinic that they want to improve. It improves your clinic tenfold.”
