“Hi, my name is Dr. Mike Long. I own an office with my brother called Renaissance Chiropractic Center. I just want to share our experience with Aloha. We've been with this company for, I don't know, at least five or six years. When we first started, we had maybe 43, 44 reviews. They were all five stars, which was great, but we just didn't have a very good way of capturing. And so we decided to go with Review Wave at that time, and within one year, we had I think about 150 to 200 five-star reviews. Now we're up over 700. One of the things I love so much is that if someone just has not the best experience, or we've missed the mark in any way, you know, they get that text us how did we do. If they get, you know, three stars or less, we actually get the the feedback, and we can address that right away. So that's been huge. A couple years ago, a game-changer for us was adding the text reminder and, uh, and then also being able to text two-way through our office number directly with patients. That's huge. People, uh, do not listen to their voicemails. Often, we call young people, they don't even have their voicemail set up. Now we can text directly with them. I'm always telling my staff, even our billing staff now, "Hey, text the patient if you can't get a hold of them," and then we can send a link for them to actually pay their bill if we have some issue. So, all around, I just was talking to the owner of Aloha and telling him, by far in 26 years of practice, this is the best return on investment we've ever been.”
