"Hey everybody, so just wanted to give my testimonial for Aloha. It's been about a year now, maybe a little more, a little less that we have been with Aloha. we were with Solution Reach for almost a decade and I was just looking for a new company out there that has the ability to write back in our software.
And there was pretty much no other competitor out there that was able to do this. And on top of that not only does it write back in our software, but our reviews have just exploded. We went from like 450 reviews to now almost at 800 in just a year. So imagine that. It took us 10 years to 10 plus years to get 400 reviews.
And in just one year we've almost doubled. So. I don't think there is any other company out there that is, is able to do this in such a short. Period of time. Now we've also had a chance to work with the man force at our other office that we acquired. And honestly, we'll be switching that to Aloha because of the success we've had at, at this office.
And we want to duplicate that success at our newest location. So a lot of good features. The number one would be to write back, online scheduling where you don't have to wait to confirm the appointment. It already confirms it. The chat is pretty neat. The conversations, you see everything out there, the whole thread quick.
Quick support, multiple very well-versed individuals trying to help you out. So they're just like a chat away. You send them an email, they, they, they write back very quickly if it, if it's not that person, it's somebody else. So, very good customer service and always looking to improve. I've also made some recommendations, which they looked at and implemented within a very short period of time.
So they're eager for feedback. And highly recommend Aloha for anybody that's looking for a communication platform that is going above and beyond what the others are doing. So they're, they're newer, they're merged with Practice Pal, which is great as well, where a patient makes an appointment online, they're already in our schedule.
Their insurance benefits are pulled. It's already in our software. So we come in the next day. And, we see the patient that's there, their book, their forms already filled out and their insurance is pulled. I mean, what more do you want? So, obviously we're gonna be sticking with them for a long time and for our, our new office as well.
So definitely recommend Aloha to anybody out there looking for a great communication platform company. So thank you Aloha for helping us and improving our reviews and working to get better on every step here.
So Aloha has pretty much revolutionized our team's workflows where we come in and, we were, we're already greeted by the dashboard where we see. Our, our online performance, our online appointments, our conversations, anybody that's made an appointment. So we're up to date with, that's pretty much where we live now on the conversations page where everything happens.
You see the full back and forth history. Between patients. So very, very nice to see that. And also writing back in our software that I think was the biggest takeaway from Aloha compared to the others in, in the same space. So definitely that's a great feature and that was the number one reason why we switched from Solution Reach and Demand Force to Aloha. So great company always striving to do better and highly recommended.
What would advise my peers who are still manually managing patient engagements? I think that's so 1980s or 1990s, I think whoever's still doing that really, really, really needs to switch to a automation cruise control. Sending out reminders reviews. Birthdays, every sort of campaign. I mean, we are 20, 25 now. And honestly it's like having an extra employee, actually many employees for just the cost of that monthly subscription. And you get all that support. You get a lot of extra benefits and that's really not the way you want to be in this age.
Everybody's using texts mostly. So you want to be reaching out to patients by text a hundred percent and emails but yeah manually does not work anymore. You want automation and Aloha is there to automate that for you. So a great company worked with them for over a year now and had a chance to compare them to a Solution Reach and Demand Force. And by far they knock it out of the park and working on getting it even better, which, is appreciated."
