We're super excited about Review Wave! We've been using it for about five months now. It's very superior to the previous text platforms that we've used before. We've been able to have a lot more interaction with our patients, especially during the coronavirus because that's kind of what's been going on right now since we've had Review Wave.

So we're super blessed to have been able to keep our communication with patients far better than we would have with the previous platform we were using—by sending them links to videos of ourselves when we couldn't see them in the clinic, links to supplement purchases where they couldn't come in and buy it, customized texting back and forth. That was primarily for our office since we have a multi-demographic of different cultures, we've been able to customize the groups that we want to send messages to in different languages.

or me, I love all the campaigns that you guys have in Spanish. And so, Review Wave has been tremendously wonderful. It’s like having a CA help me out with this other side or this other community that we have in the office. Exposure out in the community has grown a lot. The reviews—and Google reviews and Facebook reviews—have grown tremendously in the past five months. So a lot more new patients are looking for us in Google Search. We bumped up into the top three, which we think is great.

And so my own patients—the Hispanic patients—are really happy and they’re saying, "Finally! I get an office that has an automated system where I can communicate, and it's in my language." And it's actually—I'm not trying to understand or kind of get my words across. So for us, it's been great. Our office is growing and patients are even more happy, and it's super friendly-user. So I'm not the most technological person, so for a person that is not technological to actually have something that is like baby steps and easy steps to get you through it—I mean, I think it's priceless.

I'm just going to add one of my favorite things onto this long—one of my favorite things right now is the support and the integration with MaxLiving exclusively with Review Wave. Just in our discussions this weekend to know that the content that's already being worked on by all of us as individual doctors for creating campaigns, the power over the next year to be able to put those all together and share is really priceless—rather than each clinic doing your own 20 campaigns that we can share those. In both English and Spanish! That's super powerful and priceless, so we're looking forward to what's to come.”
