“My name is D'anne Rudden. I'm an audiology practice owner in Longmont, Colorado. My practice is called Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus Center. And we started using Review Wave about three months ago. And really, we had tried, we knew the importance of reviews, we knew that that was social proof for people understanding the value that we bring to the community and to their hearing health care. But there really was never a simple format for them to go online and create that, and we didn't have a vehicle to get where we wanted to go. And so we started using Review Wave after one of my friend/colleagues recommended it. And I could not be happier. I feel like it is some of the best marketing money that we have ever spent.

Patients get a very simple format to give us feedback. They're able to then make a choice as to how they would like to deliver that to Google, to Facebook, to Yelp, whatever their preferences are. But they have this way to do it without it being complicated. And because of that, it has increased our Google reviews 50 percent since we started. And I know we have a long way to go, but we started out, we were like 20 reviews. Now we're over 40 reviews in the span of just a few months. So. I can't recommend it enough.
