"Hi, I'm Dr. John Lee with Lee Chiropractic in Irvine, California, and we've been with Aloha since it was Review Wave, probably a good seven, eight years ago. And the reason why we chose Review Wave at that time was the system that we were using. We always used, like using tech, but our appointment reminder and messaging system that we're using just wasn't keeping up with what we needed. So we saw Review Wave, made the switch. We saw that they were leaps and bounds better than our old service and they had a ton of other features that we could dig into. One of our favorite features is the appointment reminder system that's all automated.
Previously, we'd have to manually message and call people all the time, but now because it syncs with our EHR system, every daily appointment is automatically messaged and our patients are reminded so they can show up to their appointments. So this allows us to keep a very high show rate every day. Another feature we love is all the automations that are built into the software. Uh, for example, getting more online reviews for Google and Yelp and Facebook. We still like to ask verbally, but we get so many more reviews because of all the automations that come out of the system. And so patients will give us reviews before we even ask. Another service that is essential is the feedback scores that patients give us after their visits. So one to five, they can score. Now this is not an online review, but they'll let you know if they love the service with a five stars or if they didn't love it, they'll give it one star and gives us a chance to respond before it ever becomes an actual online review.
In today's time, patients don't want to mess with actual paperwork. So having our forms available for patients to actually complete and submit online before they even show up saves them and us a lot of time and energy. Aloha also helps with our marketing. So every few months we'll send out a reactivation campaign simply by a bulk text message. I myself can literally do this in five minutes or my staff member can do it. We send out about a thousand to two thousand messages at once and we always get about ten to twenty patients that will reactivate with us. So it's great for marketing. A common problem for chiropractic offices is losing track of your patients. So we actually use Aloha's tag system to tag our patients so we can keep track of them. So now any patients that are on corrective care, maintenance care, they never get forgotten and we keep them on track. And lastly, I believe in standby Aloha so much, I actually also teach how to use it for best practices in my consulting program, Alpha Omega Consulting. In my practice, we're always looking to train our team to be more efficient, use tech to speed up their workflow and Aloha has given us all that and more."
