Hi, I’m Dr. Leatherman with Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I was just commenting that we use Review Wave and it’s awesome and it’s an amazing management tool. We used to struggle getting reviews in our office. We would talk to patients, “Hey, you’ve had a great experience, tell your friends, please review us online,” and you know about 10% of them would actually go through.

Now that we have Review Wave in the office, the text messaging system that goes to the patient is phenomenal. We get immediate feedback from our patients whether we’re doing a good job or not. And what we’ve noticed is the percentage of patients that actually leave reviews online now is probably about 25% to 30%, maybe even greater.

We have 115 Google reviews online now, five-star reviews, and it’s been amazing for our web presence. When people come into the office, “Where’d you find us?” “Well, we found you on Google.” “What made you want to come in?” “Your reviews were amazing.” It’s a phenomenal asset tool for our office and we’re not going to go back; we’re using it long-term.”
