The main features for us originally were how many reviews on Google we were getting and how easy it was for patients to leave those reviews and give us feedback, and that's pretty valuable when it comes to a small business. When you're busy with patients all day, you don't usually have time to worry about things like that. With the amount of growth we've had over the years, we've become one of the largest practices in Missouri, and a lot of it has to do with making good decisions on companies like Aloha and using the many features.
