One of our favorite features from the program is the scheduling app. We have it, our patients use it, even our older patients. They love being able to make appointments and make it easy access for them. And they love the reminders. They love the reminders; we have it set up to be reminded two hours before their appointment, they absolutely love that.

And one of my also favorite features, which the girls and the doctor like a lot, is the reviews. The easy access to the reviews that our patients get a review app, a notification when they leave the office. And we have been getting amazing reviews and our reviews have increased tremendously. And I like the way that we're communicating with our patients through text. Unfortunately, that is the way to the future, so we love that part. We are very happy with the system, with the program, and we're excited to have Review Wave with us.”
