Hi, my name is Simon Dove and I'm a chiropractor in Fort Collins, Colorado. My clinic is the Chiropractic Wellness Center. I stopped here to share with you why I love Review Wave. And for the record, it is the single most product I have ever had that I love the most.

So at the moment with Review Wave, I use their texting offer, their scheduling offer—I'm calling it "offer," "app," or "service," that's the word I was looking for. And the third one: the reviews themselves.

So this is why I love it. First of all, on the office side, it is incredibly easy. Like, not any of my employees or myself have any trouble with it. That's a bonus. The second and probably really should be the first reason is all the clients absolutely love it. They have been on the receiving end of different apps we've used or services that we've used for those things, and I usually don't hear anything positive or negative, but when I ask, I hear negative.

This is the first time where people are actually coming into the office excited to tell me how cool they think the Review Wave stuff is. So after about 10 or 12 of them, I was kind of curious myself and I probed a little bit, and here's the main reason: they said they felt like they were interacting with a person.

But this is technology. So somehow Matt and the crazy team over there at Review Wave—which I love them all, best service also I've ever had when I got a call from the company—they have figured out how to take this very technical, high-end, sophisticated data tracking thing and make it seem easy and seamless as if a person was talking to my clients. I love it.”
