“Hey everyone, I'm Dr. Carolyn Griffin. I practice in Santa Clarita, California. With Review Wave, what happens is they actually integrate with my software system, and when the patient leaves, about an hour later, they're getting a notification to see if they would mind leaving a review. So, what that did was, my CA now doesn't have to ask every single person if they want to have, or would leave a review, and if we can send them a text message.

And it just streamlined the whole process. It was a lot easier because since starting with them, my reviews have gone up significantly to me. I went from not getting very many reviews every month to where we have to ask all the patients and then if they want to do it, they feel good about it, but then they end up not doing it, then it's hard to ask again.

So what I love about them is that they actually, Send them a notification that they can write a review after they leave the office. And as a result of that, we've increased about 10 reviews a month which is great. And that's no effort on our end. It's completely automated and I absolutely love it.
