Man, we love Review Wave. It has made communicating with patients so seamless. Reviews have been flowing in steadily. Speaking from the front desk, it has really just made communication all around so great. We can do campaigns, mass messages—something I just really enjoyed. And it just makes us closer with our patients, which is our goal overall, for sure.

Yeah, and I can say hands down it has been the best thing that we have implemented technology-wise on the admin side in communicating with our patients. And it’s not only from a patient satisfaction standpoint but also from our office team standpoint. They just love the simplicity of it, they love the professionalism—it fits the current way we do things in our life right now.
